13.2 Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions, bajii reserves the right to withhold any balance in the Account pending full investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, bajii may forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including real-money funds and bonus credits, in proportion to the nature and severity of the breach established.
